SK-II - "Vs Machines" - Practice Room / Kaiju Brain Build
“VS MACHINES” is a tribute film to Japan’s first ever Olympic badminton doubles Gold medalists Ayaka Takahashi and Misaki Matsutomo. Directed by Alan Williams in collaboration with WPP, the film explores a futuristic dystopia where competition is the main reason for existence. I designed, animated and composited the practice room and the Kaiju brain. See full credits at bottom of page.
An assembly of fully rendered shots from the WIP fully UI driven short. The film tells the story of several AI programs who awaken to the fact they are the perpetually expendable pawns on the literal holographic war table of a much larger conflict. Conceived, designed & animated by Saffron Ember (blaise & kyle hossain). saffron-ember.com RLST_LaunchSchemA_AssemA_v01_2K_235
